No. 136 (1910).—Petition of Tenetahi, of Ngapuhi. Petitioner prays for recompense in regard to his eviction from Hauturu (Little Barrier Island), Auckland. I am directed to report that the Committee recommends that this petition should be referred to the Government for favourable consideration, with a view to settling the claim of Tenetahi on a fair and equitable basis. 2nd August, 1910.
