Ordered, " That the New Zealand Local Time Bill be referred to a Select Committee to be appointed.— (Mr. Sidey.) Fbiday, the 22nd Day of October, 1909. Ordered, " That a Committee, consisting of ten members, be appointed to consider the New Zealand Local Time Bill, and to report thereon to the House, with power to call for persons and papers; three to be a quorum. The Committee to consist of the Hon. Mr. Buddo, Mr. EH, Mr. Fraser, Mr. Hanan, Mr. McLaren, Mr. Mander, Mr. Newman, Mr. Poole, Mr. G. M. Thomson, and the mover." —(Mr. Sidey.)
