Mr. Witty moved to amend the clause by striking out the words' " the lease " in line 11, and inserting in lieu thereof the word " purchase." Resolved, That clause 46 as printed stand part of the Bill. Resolved, That the preamble as printed stand part of the Bill. Resolved, That the Bill as amended be reported to the House.
