Work done during year : Main entrance-gates erected and trees planted. Improvements now on domain : Fences, plantations, ornamental trees, racecourse, and water-supply. Used chiefly for races. Kaiapoi Domain. Reserves Nos. 74, 3658, and 3731, Blocks XII, XV, and XVI, Rangiora Survey District. Area, 275 acres and 32 perches. Work done during year : Fish-pond cleaned out, flower-beds kept in order, fences repaired, and conveniences erected.
