Mr. Barber, Mr. Bollard, Mr. Ell, Mr. Hardy, Mr. Poole, Mr. Tanner, Right Hon. Sir J. G. Ward, and the mover."—(Hon. Mr. Millar.) Wednesday, the Bth day of July, 1908.
