No. 401 (1908).—Petition of Potonga Kaiawha and 45 Others, of Waitotara. Petitioners pray that the Okotuku Block No. 76, containing some 189 acres, being the home of the petitioners and their ancestors, be permanently vested in. the petitioners and their descendants. I am directed to report that, in the opinion of the Committee, this petition should be referred to the Government for inquiry. 23rd September, 1908.
