Farr, of 40 Worcester Street, Linwood, Christchurch. Petitioner prays for relief in consideration of public services rendered to the Dominion. 1 am directed to report that the Government be requested to take into favourable consideration the granting to Mr. and Mrs. Fair a sum equal to the amount they would have received as old-age pension had it been granted. 29th July, 1908. No. 25.—Petition of Charles H. Greenhead, of Waiuku. Petitioner prays for a rehearing of a certain action, heard by the Supreme Court, Auckland, on the sth June, 1905. I am directed to report that the Committee recommends the Minister of Justice to supply Mr. Greenhead with a copy of Mr. H. W. Brabant's report. 30th July, 1908. No. 23.—Petition of F. E.
