BANKRUPTCIES (PARTICULARS OF) IN THE FOUR PRINCIPAL CITIES, AND RETURN SHOWING EARNINGS OF OFFICIAL ASSIGNEES, FOR THE YEARS 1905, 1906, 1907.

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 31st July, 1908. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return, for Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, and for the years 1905, 1906, and 1907 (giving each place and year separately), showing—(l) The number of bankruptcies ; (2) the amount of dividends paid; (3) the proportion of such dividends to claims; (4) the gross total earnings by the Offioial Assignee ; and (5) the gross earnings by the Official Assignee by way of commission on private assignments."—(Mr. Baume.)

Return showing (1) the Number of Bankruptcies, (2) the Amount of Dividends paid, (3) the Proportion of such Dividends to Claims, (4) the Gross Total Earnings by the Official Assignee, and (5) the Gross Earnings by the Official Assignee by way of Commission on Private Assignments, at Auckland, Wellington, Christchurch, and Dunedin, for the Years 1905, 1906, and 1907.
