Native Land Commission, Auckland, 15th May, 1908. To His Excellency the Governor. May it please Your Excellency,— Referring to our report of the 11th instant, we desire that the following blocks be added to the list of lands in respect of which we recommended that an Order in Council under section 10 of " The Native Land Settlement Act, 1907," prohibiting private alienation should be issued : — Name of Block. Aproximate Area. Survey District. Wairoa .. .. .. .. .. 3,091 acres Hokianga. Manukau .. .. .. .. .. 9,280 „ Herekino. The titles to these blocks have only recently been ascertained.
