Mr. McNab moved, That after the word "owner," in the first line, the words "or lessee' be inserted, and after the word "list" in the same line the following words*:' "or other person interested in any land comprised therein " be inserted.—Agreed to. Mr. McNab moved, That after the word " shall," in line 9, the following words be inserted: "as regards the question of his ownership and in all other respects." The clause as a whole, as amended, agreed to. The Hon. Mr. McNab notified the members that certain proposed amendments in some of the clauses would be supplied to them in the course of the day.
