repealing Act; and the basis of the settlement of the claims of any contributor under this section shall be the total amount of the contributions of such contributor, together with interest at the rate of three per centum per annum. 26. The Governor may from time to time, by Order in Council 5 gazetted, make such regulations as he thinks necessary for any of the following purposes : — (a.) Prescribing the manner of election and the powers, functions, and procedure of the Board ; and (b.) Generally prescribing whatever else he thinks necessa,ry in 10 order to give full effect to this Act.
