Petitioners allege that the trustees of 88 acres near Matata have wrongfully leased the land to certain Europeans, and pray that the same may be restored to them. I am directed to report that, as the Committee is of opinion that this matter should be dealt with by the law-courts, it has no recommendation to make. 19th October, 1905.
