No. 576, 1905.—Petition of Hareharb Aterba and 26 Others. Petitioners allege that the trustees of 88 acres near Matata have wrongfully leased the land to certain Europeans, and pray that the same may be restored to them. I am directed to report that, as the Committee is of opinion that this matter should be dealt with by the law-courts, it has no recommendation to make. 19th October, 1905.
