I am directed to report that the Committee has no recommendation to make with regard to this petition. 29th July, 1903.

Petitioners pray for investigation into their right to moneys deposited in the Post-Office Savingsbank at Masterton by the late Arapeta te Haruru, a deceased owner in Manaia No. 107, to whom they have been declared the rightful successors. " I am directed to report that, as this matter has been settled by special legislation since the petition was presented, the Committee has no recommendation to make. 29th July, 1903. ■
