She is supposed to have foundered at sea, with loss of all hands On leaving Port Nicholson for Nelson vessel was struck by an exceptionally heavy sea, which swept the deck and flooded the engineroom and saloon Tail-shaft broke, without apparent cause, as vessel was entering Motueka Harbour An A.B. named J.
