Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing in detail the amount aotually raised on loan by eaoh Harbour Board and by each borough and local governing body in the colony. Return to show the rate of interest payable on eaoh loan, the rate of sinking fund payable, and the amount of sinking fund accumulated.
