Address and signature mum number of words free up to ten words in inland telegrams (with free address and signature up to six words) increased from ten to twelve in text for minimum rates; and on the 15th August, 1892, the number of words in text and signature made eighteen. 1st June, 1896. —Rates further reduced to 6d. for first twelve words, and Id. for each additional word, address and signature being charged for.
