AKABOA HIGH SCHOOL. 1. Beport of the Board. Sic, — Akaroa, Ist January, 1898. The school has progressed most favourably during the year 1897, under the able management of Mr. J. B. Harrison, M.A. The attendance of pupils has exceeded that of former years, and several pupils have matriculated, the school having thus thoroughly fulfilled its mission as a link between the primary school and the University.
