I have the honour to acknowledge receipt of your Excellency's despatch of the 13th December, authorising me to act as Begistrar for the Court of the High Commissioner in the case of Piltz v. Certain Natives of Penrhyn. By the same mail I received the requisite documents in connection with this case from the High Commissioner, and will see that they are attended to.
