Mr. Kennaway's appointment as a Trustee of the Sinking Fund of the Loan of 1863. Onslow, Governor. In pursuance and exercise of the power and authority conferred by " The New Zealand Loan Act, 1863," and of all other powers and authorities in anywise enabling me in this behalf, I, William Hillier, Earl of Onslow-, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, do hereby appoint Walter Kennaway, of Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, Westminster, Esquire, and a Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, to be a person to receive and invest the interest and sinking fund mentioned in and referred to by section nine of the said Act. Given under the hand of His Excellency the Right Honourable William Hillier, Earl of Onslow, the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, at the Government House, Wellington, this tenth day of September, one thousand eight, hundred and ninety-one. Mr. Kennaway's appointment as an Agent for Custody, &c, of Guaranteed Debentures. Onslow, Governor. Order in Council. At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of September, 1891. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. In pursuance and exercise of all powers and authorities enabling him under " The Public Revenues Act, 1882," His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby appoint Walter Kennaway, of Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, Westminster, Esquire, and a Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, to be an agent for the purposes of the sixteenth section of the said Act, to take, hold, and exercise the office of such Agent in conjunction with any other Agent or Agents appointed or acting under the said section, to have, exercise, and perform all the powers and authorities exercisable by such Agent or Agents. Mr. Kennaway's appointment as a Commissionee under the Public Revenues Act. Onslow. Governor. Obder in Council. At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of September, 1891. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. Whebeas under the provisions of the fifty-fourth section of "The Public Revenues Act, 1878," there are now only two Commissioners in office—namely, Sir Penrose Goodchild Julyan and Sir Francis Dillon Bell, and it is expedient to appoint a third Commissioner : Now, therefore, His Excellency the Governor of the Colony of New Zealand, in pursuance and exercise of the power and authority vested in him by the said fifty-fourth section of " The Public Revenues Act, 1878," and by and with the advice and consent of the Executive Council of the said colony, doth hereby appoint Waeteb Kennaway, of Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, Westminster, Esquire, and a Companion of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, to be one of the persons who, together with the said Sir Penrose Goodchild Julyan and Sir Francis Dillon Bell, shall be the persons who, or any two of whom, shall have full power to do in Great Britain, on behalf of the Governor, and subject to such instructions as they may from time to time receive from the Governor, everything which the Governor is empowered to do under the fifty-second and fifty-third sections of the said Act. Mr. Kennaway's appointment as a Stock Agent. Onslow, Governor. Obder in Council. At the Government House, at Wellington, this tenth day of September, 1891. Present: His Excellency the Governor in Council. Whebeas under and by virtue of the powers conferred upon him by " The New Zealand Consolidated Stock Act 1877 Amendment Act, 1881," the Governor in Council, on or about the fifth day of November, one thousand eight hundred and eighty-one, appointed Sir Francis Dillon Bell, of No. 7, Westminster Chambers, Victoria Street, Westminster, a Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, the Agent-General for the Colony of New Zealand, and Sir Penrose Goodchild Julyan, of London, a Knight Grand Cross of the Most Distinguished Order of Saint Michael and Saint George, and a Companion of the Bath, to be Agents for the purposes of " The New Zealand Consolidated Stock Act, 1877 : " And whereas the said Agents still hold office as such Agents, but the said Sir Francis Dillon Bell intends to vacate his said office on the thirtieth day of September instant, and it is expedient to appoint an Agent to take his place:
