Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated 12th June, 1891. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing in detail the amount actually raised on loan by each Harbour Board and by each borough and local governing body in the colony. Return to show the rate of interest payable on each loan, the rate of sinking fund payable, and the amount of sinking fund accumulated." — (Mr. Fisher.)
