In the case of new lifts being put up, in all cases the safety-catch is being adopted. lam pleased to be able to inform you that no accident of any kind has taken place with this machinery during the past year. In tile return of fees given for inspection of boilers and machinery, 1 may state that the minimum scale has been calculated in the table since January last.
