to it that such resolution has been passed, and the company shall accept the same and act thereon according to the terms of such resolution. In witness thereof the said Postmaster-General hath hereunto set his hand and seal, and the company has hereunto caused its common seal to be affixed, the day and year first above written.

On behalf of the New Zealand Shipping Company (Limited), I hereby agree to the proposed terms of contract set forth in this document, which the Board of Directors undertake to execute in the manner required by law, and in terms of the company's articles of association.
