The Cummiltra to have powor to sit or confor togethor with any similar Committee which may be appointed by the House of X iprosontiitivos, an;l to have powor to send for persons, papers, and records ; throo to be a quorum. Thk Select Committee appointed to confer with a similar Committee from the [legislative Council as to the best mode to encourage and promote trado between New Zealand and tho South Sea Islands, have the honour to report:— That tliey have -drawn up a Bill intituled " An Act to create the New Zealand International South-Sea Trading Company, and to grant-the said Company so created \;inous Powers ancr-Privileges," and report the same with Bill hereunto attached.
