BIRTHS, DEATHS, AND VACCINATION OF CHILDREN (RETURN OF, FROM 1877 TO 1880).

Return, to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated 25tt August, 1881. " That there be laid upon the table a return showing the number of births registered within the colony in each year, the number of deaths of children within six months of birth so registered, and the number of children certified as haying been successfully vaccinated in each year, in accordance with the provisions of ' The Public Health Act, 1876. Suoh return to be for the four years ending on the latest date to which complete returns are available."— (Mr. JSarroit.)
