1878. NEW ZEALAND. INTENDED CHANGE OF PURPOSE OF CERTAIN RESERVES IN THE PROVINCIAL DISTRICTS OF TARANAKI AND CANTERBURY (PAPERS RELATIVE TO).

Presented to both Houses of the General Assembly, in pursuance of the 14i8th Section of " The Land Act, 1877."

Change of Purpose of Reserve at Carltle, in the Provincial District of Taranaki. General Crown Lands Office, Wellington, 2nd September, 1878. It is hereby notified that his Excellency the Governor intends, under the provisions of the one hundred and forty-eighth section of "The Land Act, 1877," to change the specific purpose of the land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto for which the land was heretofore set apart as a reserve, as specified in the first column of the said Schedule, to the specific purpose specified in the third column of the said Schedule.

Change of Purpose of Reserve in the Provincial District of Canterbury. General Crown Lands Office, Wellington, Ist October, 1878. It is hereby notified that His Excellency the Governor intends, under the provisions of the one hundred and forty-eighth section of "The Land Act, 1877," to change the specific purpose of the land described in the second column of the Schedule hereto for which the land was heretofore set apart as a- reserve, as specified in the first column of the said Schedule, to the specific purpose specified in the third column of the said Schedule.

All that parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement one (1) acre and four (4) poles, more or less, being Sections Nos. ten (10), eleven (11), twelve (12), and thirteen (13), Block thirtyfive (XXXV.), Town of Carlyle ; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the Surrey Office, New Plymouth.
