RETURN OF THE AMOUNT OF REVENUE COLLECTED UNDER THE GOLD DUTY ACTS.

Beturn to an Order of the House of Bepresentatives, dated the 22nd August, 1871. That there be laid on the Table —" A Eeturn of the amount of Eevenue collected under ' The Gold Duty Act, 1858,' ' The Gold Duty Act, 1870,' ' The Mining Companies Acts 1865 and 1869,' ' The Gold Fields Act, 1866,' and the several Gold Fields Acts passed by this House since 1866, and any Eegulations made in conformity with the said Acts, for the Tear ending 30th June, 1871. The Eeturn to show in detail the amount collected in each Province and County under the following heads: —Miner's Eights, Business Licenses, Eents and Fees for Water Eaces, Sluices, &c, Gold Mining Leases, Eents and Eoyalties, Eegistration Fees, Miscellaneous Eeceipts, Fees and Fines Wardens' Courts, Gold Duty."
