(Eeturn to an Order of the House of Ecpresentatives of 7tk July, 1870.) That there be laid on the Table of this House, " A Eeturn showing the time allowed under the existing Mail Contract with Mr. H. Hezekiah Hall, for the conveyance of Mails from New Zealand to San Francisco, and vice versa, and the time actually employed in such conveyance during the voyages already completed ; " also, " A Eeturn of the Number of Letters and Newspapers from New Zealand to America and the United Kingdom respectively, and vice versa, sent and received on each of such voyages."
