RETURN OP RESERVES MADE
Section No. 13 of the Parish of Waitemata, to a point intersected by the production of tho southern boundaries of the Market Place and Military Parade Eeserves; on the South by the aforesaid produced line, 900 links ; thence on the West by a line bearing south to low water-mark; on the South by low water-mark till it meets thereof, extending from the extreme southern point of Lot No. 45 aforesaid, and thence on the East by a line bearing north to the aforesaid extreme point. All that piece or parcel of land in our said Colony situated below high water-mark in the Harbour of Manukau, in the said Province of Auckland, bounded on the North, East, and West by high water-mark from the southernmost point of the eastern head of Whau Bay to the easternmost point of the West head thereof, by tho Beach road of Whau Township and by a line bearing due south from the West head to low water-mark ; thence on the South by low water-mark of spring tides to a point due south of the Eastern head of Whau Bay ; again on the East by a line bearing north from low water-mark to East head aforesaid. — Grant to Superintendent of Auckland, in trust under " The Public Beserves Act, 1854." All those parcels of land in the Province of Auckland, in our Colony of New Zealand, situated on the West Coast of the said Province of Auckland, and being all that parcel of land in the County of Eden, lying between high water-mark and low water-mark of the sea, from the South head of the Kaipara Harbour to the North head of the Manukau Harbour, all that parcel of land in the County of Eden aforesaid, lying between high water-mark and low water-mark of the sea, from the South head of the Manukau Harbour aforesaid to the North head of the Waikato Eiver ; and also all that parcel of land in the County of Eutland lying between high water-mark and low water-mark of the sea from the South head of the Waikato Eiver aforesaid to the North head of the Whaingaroa Harbour, in trust for the working of iron sand and other public uses of the Province of Auckland.— Grant to Superintendent of Auckland, in trust under " The Public Beserves Act, 1854." All those parcels of land in the Province of Auckland, in our Colony of New Zealand, situated in the Waitemata Harbour, in the said Province of Auckland, and being all that parcel of land lying below high water-mark of the sea, bounded towards the North, from Stanley Point to Cook Point (North Head), by the seaward boundary of Section 2 of the Parish of Takapuna; towards the South, from Cook Point aforesaid to Stanley Point aforesaid, by a line in a curve. And all that parcel of land lying below high water-mark of the sea, bounded towards the North-west from Kauri Point to Stokes Point by the seaward boundaries of Allotments Nos. 164, 165, and 161, the abutment of a road 100 links wide, Allotments Nos. 67 and 66, the abutment of a road 100 links wide, Allotments Nos. 64, 63, and 62, the abutment of a road 100 links wide, Allotments Nos. 61, 60, 59, 58, 56, 55, 54, 51, 52, and 53, the abutment of a road 100 links wide, and Allotments Nos. 30 and 31 (all of which several allotments and abutments of roads aforesaid are within the Parish of Takapuna) ; and towards the South, from Stokes Point aforesaid to Kauri Point aforesaid, by a line in a curve. In trust for the construction of a Dry Dock in connection with the Harbour of Auckland.— Grant to Superintendent of Auckland, in trust under " The Public Beserves Act, 1854."
