STATEMENT OF THE REVENUE COLLECTED AND AMOUNTS EXPENDED IN THE SEVERAL PROVINCES.
RETURN showing the Total Amount of CUSTOMS REVENUE and FEES and FINES paid into the Colonial Chest, from the several Provinces of the Colony and the County of Westland, for the Twelve Years preceding the 30th June last; also, the Amount expended within such Provinces and County during the same period in virtue of Votes of the House of Representatives, and the Amount returned to the Provincial Governments.
* This includes judicial fees and fines, registration fees, and fees on Crown Grants. t This is the total of the two preceding columns only. There was other revenues of the Provinces (viz , Postal Telegraph, and Miscellaneous receipts) which are not included in the terms of the order for this Return.
