Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, of 30th July, 18G7. That there be laid upon the Table of this House " A Keturn showing how often, since the commencement of the service, the Panama Steamers have been behind the time fixed by Contract for their arrival, how long they have been behind on each occasion, and what amount of penalties, if any, the Company have paid on account of these delays." {Mr. Paterson.)
