RETURN OF LAND PURCHASE EXPENDITURE, ETC., ETC.

[Return to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated 3rd December, 1864.] That there be laid upon the Table of this House,—" A copy of the Regulations (if any) made by the Governor in Council, under which certain Town Lands at N garuawahia were recently sold ; also an account showing the present condition of the Land Purchase Fund of the Province of Auckland ; and a Return showing the locality and extent of the purchases of Native Land effected since the Ist January, 1864, together with a detail of the items of expenditure charged upon the Fund."
