P.S. —I beg to add, should it be decided that the allotment be sold at the auction, the purchaser paying for improvements, that I now value the buildings, which consist of five rooms, an outhouse, and cultivated garden, at £100. M. Rocke. Reply.—That the Government will withdraw the allotment from sale.
