Port Chalmers 1 Dunedin.* . i i 1 1 I 17,199 285 240 525 i * This is a stripe on the Shore, which may become valuable from its position. It was reserved by Sir George Grey, but there is considerable doubt if he had the power, as the land was previously given to the New Zealand Company by their contract. These two small pieces at Port Chalmers and Dunedin are the only portions over which the Native Title was extinguished.
