Special Report. 1 have the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee desires to place on record its high appreciation of the capable and impartial manner in which the Chairman (Mr. J. P. Luke) has presided over its deliberations during the session. Sydney G. Smith, 4th November, 1920. Member of Committee. Final Report. 1 HAVE) the honour to report that the Labour Bills Committee, consisting of eleven members, has during the session held twenty meetings, the average attendance being seven members at each meetings; nine Bills were referred to the Committee, all of which have been reported to the House. 4th November, 1920.
