Office of the Waikato-Maniapoto District Native Land Court, Auckland, 28th September, 1914. Memorandum for His Honour the Chief Judge, Native Land Court, Wellington. Sir, — Kiwitahi No. 2. I have the honour to report that your reference under section 2 of the Native Land Claims Adjustment Act, 1913 (Petition No. 1 of 1912—Tuawhea Huirangi), was called on the 24th instant at the sitting of the Court held at Ngaruawahia. ,» The applicant, Tuawhea Huirangi, appeared in person, and asked leave to withdraw his application. Leave to withdraw was granted. I have, &c, A. J. Holland, Judge.
The Hon. the Native Minister. Recommended that, in compliance with the request of the petitioner, no further action in this matter be taken. Jackson Palmer, 18th November, 1914. Chief Judge.
