Ordered, " That there bo laid before, this House a return showing—(l) How the estimates of cost of the slot telephones asked for at the corner of Yaldhurst and Racecourse Roads, Upper Riccarton, and Pepper's Corner. These conditions are compared with the conditions obtaining at sites where slot telephones are already installed, and the estimates deduced therefrom.
