ORIGINAL CROWN TENANTS UNDER LEASE IN PERPETUITY (PARTICULARS RELATIVE TO).

Return to an Order of the Rouse of Representatives dated the 15th August, 1912. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing—(l) The number of original Crown tenants under the 999-years leases who are to-day in occupation of their holdings; (2) the total area of such holdings; (8) the unimproved (total) value of such holdings; and (4) the total area held uuder the above tenure." —(Mr. WILFORD.)

Return showing, at the 15th August, 1912, the Number of Original Crown Tenants under the Lease-in-perpetuity Tenure who were in Occupation of their Holdings; the Total Area of such Holdings; the Total Unimproved Value of such Holdings at Date of Selection; and the Total Area of Crown Land held under the Lease-in-perpetuity Tenure at that Date.
