Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 13th July, 1910. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return for the txvo years ended 31st March, 1910, showing —(1) The lands and acreages withdrawn from the operations of the Kauri-gum Industry Act ; (2) xvhat has been done with the lands so withdrawn, and, if sold or leased, the names of the persons now in possession ; and (3) the lands and acreages brought under the operations of that Act." —(Mr. Stall worthy. )
