OAMARU HARBOUR BOARD LOAN (PARTICULARS RELATIVE TO THE).
Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 14th September, 1910. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return with respect to the Oamaru Harbour Board loan, showing—(l) The name of the receiver; (2) the period he has been acting; (8) the amount paid to bondholders; (4) the amount charged for commission ; and (5) the amount of solicitors' costs."—(Mr. E. H. Taylor.) Oamaru Harbouk Board Loan. —Return showing (1) the Name of the Receiver; (2) the Period he has been acting; (3) the Amount paid to Bondholders; (4) the Amount charged for Commission ; and (5) the Amount of Solicitors' Costs. (1.) The Trustees and Executors' Agency Company, of Dunedin. (2.) This company has been acting as receiver since 1894. (3.) Tiie amount paid to bondholders since that time is £6,000. (4.) The amount charged for commission by the receiver is £4,938 Bs. 9d. (5.) The receiver's solicitor's costs have amounted to £496 ss. 9d. These figures are up to the end of December, 1909. J. W.
