RAUPO LANDS (PARTICULARS RELATIVE TO THE SETTLEMENT OF THE).

Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 17th July, 1907, Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing (1) the total amount of loading plaoed by the Government on the Raupo lands ; (2) the amount spent by the Government in the roading and draining, &0., of the lands loaded ; (3) the present yearly revenue from the said lands; (4) the number of persons who have secured sections thereon, the number of holdings forfeited, the number transferred, and the number of persons not now residing on their sections; (5) the prices at which the sections were disposed of by the Government, and the prices obtained by those who have transferred them (this clause to apply only to those sections that have changed owners)." —(Mr. Stallwobthv.)
