Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated the 24th July, 1903. Ordered, " That there be laid before this House a return showing the debts of the various Harbour Boards, County Councils, boroughs, Road Boards, River Boards, and other local bodies in the colony at the date of the last balance-sheet; the return to show the various loans, rates of interest, sinking funds payable and accrued, and the due date of the loan."
