Ordered, "That there be laid before this House a return showing the total amount of Debentures issued againstt the Accretions of Sinking Funds and local bodies' loans during the financial years 1887-90, and during the years 1891-98; such return to show separately the amounts issued each year against sinking funds and against loans to local bodies."—Mr. Graham.
