TEMPORARY TRANSFER OF POSTMASTER AT OAMARU TO WELLINGTON (EXPENSE INVOLVED IN THE).
Return to an Order of the House of Representatives dated Friday, the sth Day of July, 1895. Ordered, " That a return be laid before the House showing the total expense involved by the Postmaster at Oamaru being stationed in Wellington for three months : (1) The amount paid to Mr. Hutton beyond his regular salary ; and (2) the amount paid to his locum tenens during Mr. Hutton's absence from Oamaru." —(Mr. Pirani.)
