The House Committee of the House of Eepresentatives have the honour to report that they have agreed with the House Committee of the Legislative Council to the following resolution :— "That the members of the Legislative Council and the members of the House of Eepresentatives residing in the City of Wellington and within ten miles thereof be the Eecess House Committee, three to form a quorum; and that such Committee have the internal management of the Parliamentary Buildings (subject as to the Library to the control of the Library Committee), and the control of the Parliamentary Grounds." Bbpokt (Supplembntaby). The House Committee of the House of Eepresentatives beg to report that the following paragraph be added to the report already presented to the House, namely,— " Provided that nothing herein contained shall be deemed to interfere with or control the works intended to be undertaken by the Public Works Department during the recess ; and for the purposes of such additions or alterations the Minister for Public Works shall have full and unrestricted right to enter into and upon the Parliamentary Buildings and Grounds."
