Ordered, " That a return be laid before this House showing—(l) The number of men discharged from the railway workshops of the colony during the financial year 1892-93 ; (2) the number of leading hands, foremen, or officers reduced at the railway workshops of the colony during the financial year 1892-93 ; (3) the number of leading hands foremen, and officors employed in each of the railway workshops of the colony ; (4) the number of mechanics employed in each of the railway workshops of the colony."—(Mr. Sandfobd.)
