Allocation of Eevenue. The annual rentals are expended in the management of the reserves, payment of interest on the loan of £25,000, providing a sinking fund for the redemption of the debentures, and the surplus is paid over to the Auckland Hospital and Charitable Aid Board, in terms of section 6 of "The Special Powers and Contracts Act, 1886."
