Ordered, " That a return be laid before this House showing the names of all persons who have been appointed to situations in the Government service during the financial year ended the 31st day of March, 1880, such return to show the amount of salary attached to each office ; and that a similar return be presented to Parliament within ten days after the commencement of each session." —(Mr. Guinness.)
