ARREARS OF DEFERRED -PAYMENT SETTLERS AND PERPETUAL-LEASEHOLDERS (RETURN OF).
Beturn to an Order of the House of Representatives, dated 26th April, 1887. Ordered, " That a return be laid upon the table showing (1) the number of deferred-payment settlors who were in arrear with their payments on the 31st March, 1877; (2) the total amount of such arrears; (3) the number of holders of perpetual leases who were in arrear with their payments on the 31st March, 1887; (4) the total amount of such arrears."—(Mr. Montgomery.)
