Presented to both Houses of the General Assembly in pursuance of Section 230 of " The Land Act, 1885."

TAEANAKI. Tempoeaeily eeseeved, Gazette No. 73, 23rd December, 1885. Peemanently eeseeved, Gazette. No. 9, 18th February, 1886. All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 203 acres, more or less, being Section No. 20, Block 1., Huiroa Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 19, 6524 links; towards the East by the Kaiinata Boad, 2999-2 links; towards the South by Sections Nos. 28 and 21, 7586-5 links ; towards the West by the Manganui Stream :be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For primary education. All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 10 acres, more or less, being Section No. 55, Block 1., Huiroa Survey District. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 28, 1104-4 links ; towards the East by the Kaimata Boadj 962 links; towards the South by the Junction Boad, 1425-8 links; towards the West by Section No. 28, 951-4 links :be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, being Section No. 8, Block XL, Woodville Survey District, containing by admeasurement 43 acres 3 roods 28 perches. Bounded towards the North by Section No. 2, 7893 links ; towards the East and Southeast by Sections Nos. 3 and 4, Block VII., same district, 5050 links and 8650 links respectively; and towards the West by a public road and Section No. 12, 7469 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less ; as the same is delineated on the plan deposited in the District Survey Office, Wellington. All that piece or parcel of land containing by admeasurement 4,898 acres, more or less, situate in the Maungaru Survey District, Provincial District of Auckland. Bounded towards the North-west by land granted to Henry and Charles Walton and Thomas Elmsley, 12880 links; towards the North-east by the same grant, 35900 links; towards the South generally by the Tauraroa and Mangonui Bivers ; and towards the South-west by the Mangarata Block No. 3208 and unsurveyed Native land, 28120 links, to the point of commencement: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
