Endowments foe Primary Education. TARANAKI. [Temporarily reserved, Gazette No. 45, 23rd July, 1885.] All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Taranaki, containing by admeasurement 3 perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 445, Town of New Plymouth. Bounded towards the North by part of Section No. 445, 128 links; towards the East by Section No. 446, 11 links; towards the South by Section No. 471, 127 links; towards the West by Section No. 444, 21 links. As an endowment for primary education. Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 2f perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 420, Town of New Plymouth. Bounded towards the East by Section No. 421, 105 links; towards the South by Bulteel Street, 31 links; towards the North-west by part of Section No. 420, 109-5 links. As an endowment for primary education. Also all that parcel of land containing by admeasurement 5f perches, more or less, being part of Section No. 527, Town of New Plymouth. Bounded towards the North by part of Section No. 527, 130 links; towards the East by Mount Edgecumbe Street, 25 links ; towards the South by Barrett Street, 126 links; towards the West by Section No. 526, 45 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. As an endowment for primary education.
HAWKE'S BAY. [Temporarily reserved, Gazette No. 35, 4th June, 1885.] All those parcels of land situate in the Woodville Survey District, in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, and comprising Section No. 13, Block 1., containing 50 acres ; Section No. 14, Block 1., containing 15 acres 1 r00d39 perches; Section No. 20, Block 1., containing 26 acres 1 rood 5 perches; Section No. 45, Block 1., containing 114 acres 3 roods 8 perches; Section No. 2, Block 11., containing 75 acres 3 roods 30 perches ; Section No. 18, Block 11., containing 66 acres 2 roods 36 perches. For an endowment for primary education.

Bounded on the North-east by Odin Street, 550 links ; on the South-east by Sections Nos. 5 and 7, Block VL, Village of Norsewood, 363*6 links; on the South-west by Section No. 4, Block 1., Village of Norsewood, 550 links; and on the North-west by Gustavus Street, 363*6 links :be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. To be a reserve for primary education. All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 2 roods, more or less, situate in the Takapau Survey District, and being Section No. 7, Block VI., Village of Norsewood. Bounded on the North-east by Odin Street, 275 links; on the South-east by Section No. 6, 181-8 links; on the South-west by Section No. 5, 275 links; and on the North-west by Section No. 6, Block 1., Village of Norsewood, 181*8 links: be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. Permanently reserved, Gazette No. 26, 30th April, 1885.] All that piece or parcel land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 283 acres, more or less, and being Section No. 10, Block IX., Woodville Survey District. Bounded on the North by Sections Nos. 11 and 13, 11379-3 links ; towards the South-east generally by a public road, 4805-3 links; on the South by Section No. 12, 6294*7 links; and towards the South-west by Section No. 200, Block VIII. (a Native reserve), 3712 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less. For primary education. All that piece or parcel of land in the Provincial District of Hawke's Bay, containing by admeasurement 29 acres 1 rood 14 perches, more or less, and being Section No. 38, Block IX., Woodville Survey District. Bounded towards the North-east by a public road, 200 links; towards the East and South-east by the Manawatu Biver; towards the West by Crown land, 250 links; again towards the West and North-west generally by a public road, 4633*7 links : be all the aforesaid linkages more or less; save and excepting a public road, 100 links wide, which intersects the area here described. WELLINGTON. [Temporarily reserved, Gazette No. 125, 27th November, 1884. Permanently reserved, Gazette No. 9, sth February, 1885.] All those pieces of land situate in the Mangaone Survey District, in the Provincial District of Wellington, and comprising— Section No. 19 of Block 11., containing 109 acres and 6 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east, 2634 links, by Section No. 17 ; towards the South-east, 3936 links, by Section No. 8; towards the South-west, 3121 links, by a public road ; and towards the North-west, 3815 links, by Sections Nos. 20 and 18. Section No. 17 of Block 111., containing 195 acres 1 rood 10 perches, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east, 2505 links, by a public road; towards the South-east, 8204 links, by Section No. 18 of Block 111., and Section No. lof Block VII; towards the South-west, 2302 links, by Section No. 11 of Block VI.; and towards the North-west, 8869 links, by Section No. 16 of Block 111. Section No. 112 of Block XIV., containing 293 acres 1 rood, more or less. Bounded towards the North-east by the Town Belt and the crossing of a road, 100 links wide, 3436 links; towards the South-east by Clyde Street and the crossings of two roads, each 100 links wide, 3650 links; towards the South-west by Lot No. 20, 546 links; again towards the South-east by Lots Nos. 20 aforesaid, 19, and 18, 550 links; again towards the South-west by Firth Street 646 links, and by Lots Nos. 420 and 413 2244 links; thence towards the North-west by Lots Nos. 220, 223, 223a, and the crossing of a road, 100 links wide, 4200 links, to the point of commencement: intersected by two roads, each 100 links wide ; be all the aforesaid linkages more or less.
